These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, programmes, coaching services, digital products, online courses, memberships, events, and any related services provided by Magdalena Podstawka trading as Mindful Dating (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing our website, purchasing our products or services, or participating in our programmes, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

We provide coaching, mentoring, educational content, online courses, group programmes, workshops, webinars, live events, digital products, and related services focused on dating, relationships, personal development, confidence, and emotional wellbeing.
All services are intended for educational and personal development purposes only.
3. ELIGIBILITY
By purchasing or participating in our services, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old
You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
All information you provide is accurate and complete
4. PAYMENT TERMS
All fees must be paid in full or in accordance with an agreed payment plan.
Where a payment plan is selected:
You agree to make payments on the agreed dates
You remain responsible for completing all instalments
Missed or failed payments may result in suspension or removal of access to programmes, materials, coaching sessions, recordings, communities, or memberships
We reserve the right to use third party payment providers including Stripe, PayPal, Square, or similar payment processors.
We reserve the right to change pricing for future products or services at any time. Any agreed pricing for existing clients will be honoured for the agreed contractual period.
5. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the digital nature of our products and services, including downloadable materials, online courses, recordings, and coaching programmes, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted.
By purchasing digital products or programmes, you expressly consent to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that this may affect your statutory 14 day cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
For coaching programmes involving live sessions, no refunds will be issued once:
the programme has commenced,
digital materials have been accessed,
recordings have been provided,
or live coaching sessions have taken place.
If you fail to complete agreed payment plan instalments, we reserve the right to suspend access to all programme materials and services until outstanding payments are made.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
6. COACHING DISCLAIMER
Our services are educational and coaching based in nature and are not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, psychiatry, medical treatment, or healthcare services.
Magda Podstawka is not acting as a licensed medical doctor, psychotherapist, psychiatrist, or healthcare professional.
Any guidance, coaching, mentoring, or educational materials provided should not be considered medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
You acknowledge that:
results vary between individuals,
no specific outcomes are guaranteed,
and participation is entirely voluntary.
If you are experiencing mental health difficulties or require professional medical support, you should seek assistance from a qualified healthcare provider.
7. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
You acknowledge that:
your decisions, actions, and results are your own responsibility,
participation in our services is voluntary,
and you are solely responsible for how you use any information provided.
We are not responsible for decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from participation in our programmes or services.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, materials, programme frameworks, videos, recordings, documents, branding, graphics, downloads, presentations, and resources provided by us remain the intellectual property of Magda Podstawka trading as Mindful Dating unless otherwise stated.
You may not:

distribute,
modify,
republish,
sell,
share,
or commercially exploit
any materials without prior written consent.
Programme materials are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.
9. RECORDINGS
You may not record, reproduce, or distribute any coaching calls, webinars, workshops, or programme sessions without prior written consent.
Where appropriate, we may provide recordings for participant use only.
10. CONFIDENTIALITY
We respect your confidentiality and will not intentionally disclose personal information shared during coaching or programme participation except:
where required by law,
where there is a risk of harm,
or where disclosure is necessary for legal or safeguarding reasons.
You also agree to respect the confidentiality and privacy of other participants within group programmes or memberships.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful under English law to do so, including liability for:
death or personal injury caused by negligence,
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation,
or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages,
including emotional distress, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or relationship outcomes.
Our total liability relating to any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product or service.
